1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Vyapaar Academy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Course Access and Licensing

Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for personal learning purposes. You may not share, distribute, or resell course content. Lifetime access applies to the lifetime of the platform or your account, whichever is longer.

3. Payment and Refunds

All fees are as listed at the time of purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Starter and Pro plans if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) share course materials with non-enrolled users, (b) reverse-engineer or copy our platform, (c) use our services for illegal purposes, (d) harass or disrupt our community spaces. Violation may result in account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, code, and content are the intellectual property of AI Vyapaar Academy. You retain ownership of any projects or workflows you build using our teachings, including commercial rights to your own creations.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date content. However, we make no guarantees about specific income results or job placements. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes via email.
